So, at like 4:30 am, Lucas woke up to eat. I fed him, and he ate quite a bit. Then he started coughing and coughing and coughing. He threw up everything he ate. I have never seen a baby throw up everything they eat!! And he kept coughing and throwing up. Poor Lucas. They had to suction him out with the tube down the nose.
They said if he can't clear his own airway of the mucus they don't want to send him home. I don't want him to go home either if he can't stop coughing!
